Job summary

Solar Impulse Foundation in Lausanne is seeking an energetic Solutions Outreach Coordinator to scout promising clean-tech solutions, pitch our value, and guide entrepreneurs through a rapid 1-page submission. You will join a small, agile Solutions team and actively attract, onboard, and engage top-tier innovators worldwide.

You will lead annual outreach, manage applicant relationships in our CRM, maintain data integrity, and help identify events and networks to grow the Solutions community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, communications, environmental studies, international relations or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, outreach, community management, partnerships or project coordination.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.
• Comfortable with Office/Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the annual outreach strategy to meet KPIs and targets.
• Scout startups and scale-ups for the Label and acceleration programs.
• Present the Foundation’s mission and value proposition to applicants.
• Validate member profiles and review 1-page summaries.
• Serve as main contact for applicants and refine CRM workflows.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and targeted communications.
• Represent the Foundation at conferences and events.
