Job summary

Solar Impulse Foundation seeks a technically skilled coordinator to prescreen submissions for the Efficient Solution Label and to co‑lead the evaluation workflow with external Experts. You will manage the submission pipeline, perform environmental assessments, and coordinate with a global Expert network.

The role requires MSc in a technical field, 1–3 years in sustainability, and strong English/French communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, cleantech, environmental consulting, or technical project management.
• Strong understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies and environmental metrics.
• Proven track record of managing projects end‑to‑end and engaging with corporate/governmental/scientific stakeholders.
• Excellent English and French communication skills (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with Office/Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee submission prescreening pipeline and reviews before external evaluation.
• Conduct simplified environmental impact assessments for Label Applicants.
• Act as main point of contact for applicants and guide through submission/assessment stages.
• Co‑lead assessment reviews and post‑assessment action plans for Experts and Solutions.
• Co‑lead process improvement initiatives for the Label and related methodologies.
