enshift AG is seeking a motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience across sales, business development, and marketing, with a focus on the French-speaking market in Switzerland. You will support the Sales team, conduct market research, and help create client materials in a dynamic renewable energy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field.
• French speaker with professional working proficiency in German a plus.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, real estate, and renewable energy.
• Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, especially for the French-speaking market.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, contact information, and CRM data.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.
• Create and coordinate French-language content for LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, etc.
• Analyze campaign and sales results and prepare short performance reports.
• Collaborate with teams on commercial and strategic projects.
