Zusammenfassung

JOBUP is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Team Leader in Switzerland to lead and develop a team, optimise flows, and ensure safety, quality, and performance in logistics activities. You will monitor KPIs, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements while modelling staff development and collaboration.

Fluent French is required with good English and/or German. A solid SAP background and proven leadership in logistics are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

Federal VET Diploma in Logistics or equivalent is required.
Proven experience in managing a logistics team.
Practical knowledge of SAP.
Very good knowledge of French; good knowledge of English and/or German.
Goal-oriented, prioritisation and problem solving.
Continuous improvement orientation and staff development mindset.
Team spirit and collaboration are essential.

Aufgaben

Lead, train, recruit and develop the team within the scope.
Ensure operational performance and quality of logistics activities.
Set an example in terms of safety and compliance with standards.
Develop and optimise logistics flows, processes and tools.
Define, analyse and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure transparent and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
