Jobbeschreibung

  • The Head of QHSE & Facility management is responsible for implementing on site the QHSE norms, to lead the project for the new building and the facility management team.
  • Team Management and Training: Lead the Facility Management team, ensure their training and professional development, and supervise all QHSE topics to guarantee compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Audit supervision and collaboration: conduct internal and external audits, coordinate QHSE management reviews, and collaborate with various departments to align the QHSE system with ISO requirements.
  • Financial and contract management: negotiate and validate contracts, develop and monitor the Facility Management budget for the Meyrin site, and coordinate the execution of Business Continuity Management.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate Facility Management projects, including the supervision of chemical products and QHSE aspects.
  • New building Project: supported by the project team, manage the coordination and execution of the project, including financial aspects, compliance with health and safety standards, collaboration with architects and engineers, and communication with employees.

Your profile

  • Education & Experience in occupational health and safety, QHSE mandatory
  • Experience in office/facility management and in team management
  • Basic knowledge of building and logistics
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Sense of priorities, organisational skills, solution-oriented, customer-oriented.
