Job summary

Medartis, Basel-based, is seeking a Sales Associate—KeriMedical North—to bridge clinical expertise with exceptional customer service in hospital settings, focusing on arthroplasty and osteosynthesis devices.

You will provide clinical support in theatres, manage stock, deliver training workshops, and collaborate with the sales team to execute the regional plan, while building strong relationships with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Education in life sciences, nursing, or related field required.
• Experience in hospital theatre environments desirable.
• Orthopaedic nurse/physiotherapist background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential clinical support to hospital staff in theatre environments, with a dedicated focus on the KeriMedical portfolio (arthroplasty and osteosynthesis devices).
• Ensure timely and accurate stock support for internal and external customers.
• Deliver clinical education and training through workshops and in-theatre sessions.
• Partner with the Sales Team to deliver the regional business plan.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in target hospitals.
• Provide prompt solutions to customer service issues and maintain on-call availability.
