Job summary

Medartis, based in Basel, is seeking a Sales Associate to bridge clinical expertise with exceptional customer service for hospital partnerships. You will support theatres with the KeriMedical portfolio, manage stock for customers, and deliver in-theatre education.

You will collaborate with the Sales Team to execute regional plans, build relationships with hospitals, and address service issues promptly, with on-call availability where needed.

Qualifications

• Education in life sciences, nursing, or a related field required.
• Experience working directly in hospital theatre environments highly desired.
• Background as an orthopaedic nurse, physiotherapist, or similar role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential clinical support to hospital staff in theatre environments, focused on the KeriMedical portfolio (arthroplasty and osteosynthesis devices).
• Ensure timely and accurate stock support for internal and external customers.
• Deliver clinical education and training through workshops and in-theatre sessions.
• Partner with the Sales Team to deliver the regional business plan.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in target hospitals.
• Provide prompt solutions to customer service issues and maintain on-call availability.
