Job summary

Medartis in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a Field Development Specialist for KeriMedical to support surgeons and healthcare teams through hands-on education and clinical assistance. This role focuses on product demonstrations, training, and building trusted relationships across the territory.

You will collaborate with marketing, regulatory affairs, and sales leadership to expand market adoption, stay current with clinical advances, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures using TOUCH CMC 1 Total Joint Prosthesis.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Share surgeon insights with marketing and product development in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Develop and deliver trainings for healthcare professionals and sales teams.
• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons and hospital staff.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to support territory goals and revenue growth.
• Expand market presence and product adoption.
• Stay updated on clinical advancements and reflect findings in product positioning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs on compliance issues.
• All other tasks assigned by manager.
• 3+ years experience in surgery or clinical setting; orthopedic OR preferred.
