Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Orthopaedics division is seeking a Sales Representatve for Joint Reconstruction in the Ticino region. You will be the key contact for orthopaedic surgeons and OR staff, coordinating product application and driving new business opportunities.

The role demands a strong sales mindset, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to travel across the Ticino area. Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with solid execution.
• High customer orientation and results focus.
• Strong negotiation skills and closing confidence.
• Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility.
• Fluent Italian and English; German beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in orthopaedics/joint reconstruction.
• Plan and organize field service activities.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians and OR staff.
• Strengthen product lines and introduce innovations.
• Drive market adoption of Velys Robotics and related tech; support business development.
• Organize and run training events for medical professionals.
• Achieve general and specific sales targets in market share.
• Develop and implement area sales plans with the sales manager.
• Represent the business at relevant congresses.
