Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Reconstruction in the Ticino area. You will be the primary contact for orthopaedic surgeons and OR staff, driving adoption of our products and coordinating field activities.

Fluent Italian and English are required; German knowledge is a plus. You will build long-term relationships, plan and execute sales strategies, and travel within your region to deliver clinical support and expert product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Fluent Italian and good English.
• Willingness to travel in your region.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of orthopaedics / joint reconstruction.
• Plan and organize field service activities in your territory.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, operating room staff and buyers.
• Strengthen existing product lines and introduce product innovations.
• Drive market adoption of VELYS™ Robotics and other technologies through engagement and development activities.
• Organize training events for medical professionals and represent the business unit at congresses.
