Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Biomarker Experimental Medicine Leader (BEML) to drive end-to-end translational biomarker strategies across preclinical and clinical drug development in Ophthalmology. You will lead a cross-functional Biomarker Expert Team and shape program decisions with external collaborators to advance patient-centric endpoints.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD or MD with 7+ years of research/industry experience, including 3+ years in biomarker work.

Qualifikationen

• PhD and/or MD with at least 7 years of research or industry experience.
• At least 3 years of biomarker-related work in drug development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional matrix teams and drive decisions.
• Strong understanding of translational biology and biomarker readouts.
• Fluent in English; ophthalmology exposure is a plus.
