Bayer is seeking a Translational Imaging Lead to steer biomarker imaging strategies across oncology programs, spanning from early research to clinical development. You will collaborate with radiology and external imaging CROs to ensure appropriate imaging techniques are applied throughout drug development.

The role requires a strong background in radiopharmaceuticals and oncology imaging, with experience across PET, SPECT, CT, MRI, and related modalities.

Qualifikationen

• MD or MD/PhD with 7+ years in industry, or Masters with 9 years, or Bachelors with 11 years.
• Proven track record in radiopharmaceuticals and oncology applications.
• Experience with clinical and preclinical imaging in oncology drug development (PET, SPECT, CT, bioluminescence, MRI).
• Excellent English and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop strategic guidance for biomarker imaging across oncology programs.
• Advise on imaging biomarkers in clinical trials with radiopharmaceuticals.
• Participate in Program Teams with oncology imaging expertise.
• Direct the global Radiomics approach for the oncology portfolio.
• Coordinate imaging delivery in the drug R&D process.
• Develop imaging tools to measure drug response through collaborations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of imaging activities.
• Evaluate and present imaging results to support decisions.
• Identify collaboration opportunities and manage partnerships.
• Foster a high-performance matrix team culture.
