Roche is seeking an Operations Partner within the TMo Business Excellence team in Basel to enable efficient, compliant administrative operations and recruitment support. You will drive process improvements, coordinate travel and events, and promote digital readiness with AI tools.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in admin/ops, fluency in English and German, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to elevate organizational effectiveness across Roche’s Therapeutic Modalities organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative or operational role.
• Fluency with administrative/operational processes and technical programs (e.g., Google Suite / Microsoft, SAP, Concur).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German.
• Outstanding organizational skills with proactive, structured approach.
• Strong adopter of Everyday AI tools and data management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support, driving process and operational effectiveness and becoming an enabler of the TMo community and culture.
• Serve as first point of contact and specialist on core administrative topics (planning, scheduling, travel and meetings).
• Ensure all administrative activities comply with legal, compliance, and internal best practices.
• Support recruitment: organize interviews, plan on- and off-boarding of staff and external partners.
• Streamline processes and workflows to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
