Job summary

UC3, the joint venture set up by UEFA and European Football Clubs, seeks a Business Operations Assistant to support the implementation of UC3’s programmes and stakeholder initiatives. The role covers administration, logistics and meeting coordination for the Business Operations and Commercial teams, with involvement in major events and projects.

You will join a central team in European club football, contributing to seamless operations and effective stakeholder engagement across UEFA, EFC, clubs

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sports administration, commercial operations or event management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Business Operations team, including travel and meetings.
• Coordinate events logistics, accreditation, tickets, guest communications and hospitality.
• Prepare presentations, reports and supporting materials.
• Maintain databases, contact directories and reporting tools with accuracy.
• Manage intranet content and assist with procurement and financial reporting activities.
• Offer on-site operational support during events and stakeholder activities.
