What you’ll do

Operations & Coordination

• Support day-to-day operations across teams
• Manage incoming requests and prioritize effectively
• Communicate with vendors and external partners
• Handle purchase requests and operational workflows

Finance Support

• Process and track expenses (including corporate card expenses)
• Work with financial systems for expense reporting
• Assist with invoices, payments, and financial documentation
• Support office-related payments

Logistics & Deliveries

• Coordinate logistics and resolve delivery issues

Travel & Events Support

• Organize business trips for leadership (hotels, transfers, insurance)
• Support internal meetings and executive gatherings (e.g. restaurant bookings)

General Support

• Handle ad-hoc tasks across teams
• Support colleagues with operational requests
• Keep processes organized and under control
