Lombard Odier in Geneva invites applications for an Operational Risk Officer to join our Group Operational Risk Management team on a permanent basis. The role offers exposure to a broad range of operational risk activities within a leading private bank environment.

You will prepare risk reports for governance committees, oversee incidents and actions, support RCSA reviews, and maintain risk data and tools. Strong analytical skills, fluent English and French, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience preparing management information, dashboards and risk reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and enhance risk management reports for governance committees and senior management bodies.
• Oversee operational risk incidents, issues and actions; monitor timeliness and quality of recording and reporting.
• Support the review and challenge of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
• Maintain Operational Risk Management tools and data related to RCSAs, Incidents and KRIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and control functions across three lines of defence.
• Contribute to operational risk projects and initiatives led by Group Risk Management or other areas.
• Support development, implementation and maintenance of ORM policies, standards and procedures.
