Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration or economics.
• Experience in process risk management.
• Experience in Big4 or international bank risk processes.
• Knowledge of risk processes, internal controls, DORA.
• Analytical, team-oriented with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage, review, investigate and report on external operational risks.
• Analyse operational risk incidents and track remedial actions, following up with owners on progress.
• Produce operational risk management information reports.
• Manage operational risks and maintain or optimize a solid risk framework.
• Monitor the 2nd line operational risk control function through design, execution and continual improvement initiatives.
• Generate 2nd line reports on external operational risks for the Head of Risk Management.
• Support further development of the infrastructure for 2nd line operational risk control.
• Lead operational risk projects and support risk process initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc projects.
