Job summary

Pictet Group in Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to support the Funds and Private Assets Services unit within Transactions Services. Based in Geneva, you will help oversee risk, strengthen the risk framework and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with managers and experts, develop KRIs, monitor incidents, follow up on audits, train staff and drive process improvements, including automation initiatives leveraging data and AI.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business and/or Economics.
• Experience or strong interest in Operational Risk management and Funds & Private Assets Operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
• Interest in automation, new technologies, process mapping valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Risk Ambassador by assessing, monitoring and reporting risks.
• Ensure an adequate Risk Control Framework for the unit.
• Monitor incidents and root cause analysis.
• Follow up audit recommendations and action plans.
• Review business contingency plans, Risk Self-Assessment matrix, operational procedures, outsourcing agreements
• Developing KRIs.
• Training the staff and sharing best practices.
• Supervising changes and related risks.
• Support the activities of the unit by performing controls or other related tasks
• Contribute to enhance the risk management approach leveraging data and AI
• Act as a project manager or project contributor on specific cases
