Join our team as a Technology Resilience Lead and play a crucial role in upholding our organization's resilience framework. As Technology Resilience Lead, you will have the opportunity to systematically identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor, and manage significant risks. Your contributions will be instrumental in strengthening our Operational Resilience strategies, solutions, and plans.
Group Technology Operations (GTO) designs, develops, and operates Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, ensuring quality of service and cost efficiency aligned with business priorities. Its main activities include global product delivery, portfolio management, day-to-day operations, and proximity management with entities.
You will join the Global Service Operations Department within the GTO Division, managing day-to-day IT service delivery for AXA globally, in partnership with Group Operations, AXA Entities, and external suppliers, following the GO IT Operations Framework, SLAs, OLAs, and security instructions.
As an Operational Resilience Officer, you will support the implementation and enhancement of the Operational Resilience framework, manage Crisis and Incident Management, Business Continuity, and IT Resilience processes, organize controls, participate in exercises, and support Crisis teams during crises.
Understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle, IT Operations, and IT Continuity Service Management. Knowledge of Cyber Defense, Group Resilience processes, and tools. Skills in Risk Management, Business Impact Analysis, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Response. Proficiency in data analysis, ITIL, ServiceNow, and English. Soft skills include strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, calmness under pressure, proactivity, collaboration, and adaptability.
