Responsibilities :

• We are looking for an Operational Product Manager to join a team of 6 members who drive evolutions of our internal tools and processes for operational teams. Our business stakeholders are internal departments: BO, MO, ALM, L&C, Risk, controlling…
• Your missions :
• Develop long-term strategic plans to optimize operational processes.
• Support business operations in their daily tasks by solving issues related to the performance of operations.
• Lead major operational projects per year as a Project Manager.
• Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor the bank’s operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with System Analysts to ensure alignment.
• Gather information by observing workflows, reading company reports, conducting employee interviews (deep dives), and performing operations in pairs.
• Measure product usage, feature adoptions, and resources allocated to operations.
• Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
• Coordinate with potential external partners to evaluate their products.

Salary : CHF 95’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements :

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge in operations and project management.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally, and interact with banking professionals, engineers, and analysts daily.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
