OneAPPS Consulting in Switzerland is seeking an experienced OpenShift Migration Lead to drive the migration of enterprise workloads from VMware to OpenShift. You will assess, design architecture, plan migrations, and lead automation and governance initiatives.

The role requires VMware virtualization, Kubernetes/OpenShift, infrastructure modernization, DevOps, and stakeholder management, with emphasis on security and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Platform Engineering.
• Experience implementing or supporting OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience migrating enterprise workloads to container platforms.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as Banking/Financial Services.

Aufgaben

• Assess VMware-hosted workloads for OpenShift suitability and define migration approaches.
• Lead migration of workloads from VMware to OpenShift and containerize applications.
• Develop CI/CD and GitOps frameworks and automate deployment and operations.
• Ensure security, RBAC, network policies, and compliance per standards.
• Define operations models, SLAs, runbooks, and governance reporting.
