Zusammenfassung

Finders SA in Zurich, Switzerland is seeking a Senior OpenStack Engineer to design, operate, and evolve a large-scale OpenStack platform supporting critical enterprise services. You will own the architecture, drive automation, and lead incident response for cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has several years of OpenStack experience, strong Linux and networking skills, and hands-on IaC with Ansible and OpenTofu.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience designing and operating OpenStack environments.
Strong Linux administration and container technologies.
Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible and IaC.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking and storage technologies.

Aufgaben

Design, develop, and operate the company's OpenStack platform.
Architect and optimize OpenStack Compute, Storage, and Networking services.
Automate deployments and operational processes using Ansible, OpenTofu, and related tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues at 2nd and 3rd level.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure and engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership on architecture and technology decisions.
Drive continuous improvements in cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability.
