Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a Unix/Linux systems administrator with OpenShift/Kubernetes experience to design, deploy and operate OpenShift platforms in our Geneva environment.

You will manage Linux-based clusters, ensure security and compliance, handle on‑call rotations, and align operations with container and cloud paradigms while supporting migrations to OpenShift for critical workloads.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years as Unix/Linux systems administrator.
• Proven experience deploying and operating OpenShift or Kubernetes in production.
• OS: RHEL and OpenShift knowledge.
• Swiss residence is required.

Aufgaben

• Install and configure OpenShift components and RHEL/Unix OSes to host workloads.
• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade OpenShift clusters and their operators.
• Apply OS and platform patches; manage compliance and hardening.
• Develop security and management procedures for OS and OpenShift.
• Lead migrations to OpenShift and workload rationalization.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute installation and maintenance of system software and OpenShift components.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system incidents (L2/L3).
