ABB is seeking a production leader to guide a multidisciplinary team in Quartino, overseeing spare parts fulfillment, testing, subassembly and field returns. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, safety, quality and SQDCP targets, with a strong focus on Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, have at least five years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and be fluent in Italian and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead production teams and meet SQDCP targets.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production and logistics team responsible for spare parts picking, packing and shipping, UPS order fulfillment, PCBA testing, field returns management, and subassembly production.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily production, testing, and logistics operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment and adherence to SLAs, safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
• Manage subassembly manufacturing and field return activities, coordinating inspection, testing, rework and disposition with Quality, Engineering and Service teams.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, optimize workflows and layouts, and boost productivity.
