Qualifikationen

• A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and production line activities.
• Knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing Processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD systems (CREO and/or SolidWorks required).
• Positive spirit, Proactivity, teamwork, speediness, and problem-solving mindset; commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours.
• Ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, and equipment performance, work instruction, and materials/components in support of production targets.
• Define the working phase sequence of a new production process to meet the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.
• Drive Improvement Projects – Identify opportunities, implement projects, and ensure adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost.
