Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in leading production teams and achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, problem-solving methodologies; good SAP knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multidisciplinary production and logistics team for spare parts picking, packing and shipping, PCBA testing and field returns management.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily production, testing and logistics to meet SLAs and SQDCP objectives.
• Coordinate subassembly manufacturing and field returns with Quality, Engineering and Service teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean to increase productivity and reduce waste.
