Job summary

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Account Analyst, South Asia, to support Account Managers and strengthen partner engagement across Forum activities. You will focus on business engagement operations, onboarding partners, and coordinating with Finance, Contract Management, and other teams.

This role emphasizes data quality, contract and invoice management, and day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Management or related field.
• Knowledge of the South Asia business and political landscape.
• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in business development or relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for Partners with Account Managers and prepare meeting materials.
• Track registrations, manage logistics, and prepare briefing documents for meetings.
• Maintain accurate account data and liaise with Salesforce for data quality.
• Oversee contract and invoicing processes in line with internal policies.
• Support regional operations and track timelines for special projects.
