Job summary

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Account Analyst to work across the Latin America portfolio. You will provide day-to-day operational and partner support to Account Managers, while coordinating community activities and maintaining data quality across Forum systems.

Reporting to the Head of the team, you will streamline processes, support CRM tools, and help deliver a high-quality partner experience within a fast-changing professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Management or related field.
• 1+ years of full-time experience in business development, relationship management, strategy coordination, project management or process improvement.
• Experience with sales cycle management and market research preferred.
• Ability to research company news, strategic priorities and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Account management support: provide scaled support to Account Managers in managing partner portfolios; onboarding for Partners; prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations; support logistics and digital tools adoption.
• Event-related support: track registrations, provide status overviews, support speaking processes, build agendas, and collate bilateral meeting shortlists for senior leaders.
• Community coordination: support activities of Communications & Technology and Media, Entertainment and Sport Industry Communities across Forum events.
• Data quality and systems management: maintain accurate account data in Forum systems; liaise with Business Services to address Salesforce issues; ensure CRM tools are used efficiently.
• Continuous improvement: respond to requests timely; provide administrative support; identify opportunities to streamline team processes.
