Job summary

NSC Global in Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland seeks a Lab IT & Equipment Support Specialist to manage, maintain and support laboratory IT infrastructure and analytical instruments on-site in clean-room environments. You will bridge laboratory operations and IT, ensuring CDS/LIMS/ELN platforms function in compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities include instrument IT connectivity, hardware troubleshooting, and IQ/OQ/PQ qualification testing, with strict adherence to GMP protocols

Qualifications

• GxP data integrity and regulatory compliance experience.
• Hands-on CDS tools support and instrument IT integration.
• Familiarity with LIMS/LES/ELN hardware integration and lab networks.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ qualification processes for analytical instruments.
• Knowledge of GMP lab access rules and clean-room operations.

Responsibilities

• Instrument IT connectivity and integration with HPLC, balances, pH meters, and spectroscopy equipment.
• Support LIMS/LES hardware integration; manage lab networks and CDS platforms (Waters Empower, Chromeleon, OpenLAB).
• Assist IQ/OQ/PQ testing and qualification activities for analytical systems.
• Follow GMP clean-room procedures and laboratory access protocols.
• Provide ELN user administration and end-user support.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
