Novartis in Switzerland is seeking a Medical Manager to shape and execute the Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned therapeutic area, providing medical expertise across the product lifecycle and supporting clinical research activities.

You will generate medical insights, engage with healthcare professionals, manage interdepartmental collaboration, and ensure compliance while adapting global materials to country needs.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related discipline.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or similar pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong ability to evaluate and communicate clinical data.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional and matrix organizations.

Aufgaben

• Support local Medical Affairs plans aligned with strategy.
• Provide timely responses to medical inquiries from stakeholders.
• Develop standard response documents for common medical questions.
• Contribute to planning and execution of clinical studies and IITs/NIS where applicable.
• Coordinate medical review of materials per regulations and company policies.
• Adapt global/regional materials to country-specific requirements.
