Qualifikationen

  • Expérience en fiduciaire est un plus.
  • Excellente connaissance de la paie et de la fiscalité suisse.
  • Capacité à faire de l'import/export de données (CAMT.053, Excel).
  • Aptitude à gérer l'intégration des données dans les outils comptables.

Aufgaben

  • Effectuer des tâches liées à la comptabilité, à la fiscalité et à la paie.
  • Configurer et réviser les systèmes comptables et états financiers.
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
  • Préparer les déclarations de TVA et remplir les déclarations fiscales.
  • Gérer la correspondance avec les autorités et les clients.

With a team of around ten professionals, NIRIS is now looking to hire new talent with strong accounting skills and excellent command of IT tools!

Job Description:

You will join our team to manage accounting and tax reviews and assist in training two junior staff members under the direct supervision of the Manager. We are looking for someone with solid accounting and tax expertise as well as proficiency with IT tools.

Responsibilities – Accounting, Tax & Payroll

  • Perform tasks related to accounting, taxation, and payroll
  • Set up and review accounting systems and financial statements
  • Record and verify accounting entries in software tools
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closings
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Complete corporate (and occasionally personal) tax filings
  • Handle reporting to various Swiss institutions
  • Ensure quality in administrative processes
  • Maintain correspondence with authorities and clients
  • Review payroll tasks and insurance processes for clients
  • Follow up on quotes and client relationships
  • Manage ongoing administrative tasks and account analysis
  • Provide financial and tax advisory and develop custom tools

  • Participate in team meetings and internal brainstorming
  • Engage in company projects
  • Help improve and implement internal processes
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to the authorities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues for client follow-ups
  • Manage fiduciary access rights to institutional platforms

Required Qualifications

  • Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, a Master’s in Accounting, Control & Finance, or an equivalent title
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting, payroll, and taxation
  • Proficiency in accounting software and technical configuration (Odoo, Bexio, Winbiz, Crésus, etc.)
  • Skilled in data import/export (CAMT.053, Excel, CSV, Google Sheets) and capable of managing data integration in accounting tools
  • Fiduciary experience is a plus

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English
  • German is a plus

Working Conditions

On-site at our EPFL Innovation Park offices (1015 Lausanne, Switzerland)

Workload to be discussed (between 80% and 100%)
