New Business Development DirectorSalary: €250,000–€300,000 OTE plus benefitsIreland, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, United States Positions Available: 5Signatus are retained exclusively by our client based in Ireland who are rapidly scaling and growing out their service offering across core markets in the UK, US and Ireland. This company are leaders in their field already, and an exciting start up to be joining at this stage of growth. We are recruiting five experienced, senior-level, new business development directors to be based within these core markets. If you've sold managed legal services and/or e-discovery solutions into law firms, state or semi-state bodies or legal departments then this could be a seriously lucrative next step in your own growth journey.What You’ll Be Doing as a new business development director:
  • Reporting directly to the board
  • Driving €2M+ of new business per year through outbound BD and pipeline management
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting senior legal executives.
  • Selling high-value legal process solutions into major organisations
  • Leading long, complex sales cycles with senior legal stakeholders
  • Owning deals end-to-end – prospect to close
  • Building and managing key relationships with c-suite executives, senior partners, general counsels and other stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
  • Ideally 10+ years of legal or professional services sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals regularly (c€2Million annually)
  • A strong network and credibility with GCs, legal ops, and procurement teams in your core market
  • Experience selling legal tech, ALSP, or e-discovery solutions
