You will own the full employee lifecycle for the Swiss entities, partnering closely with managers on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organisational development and HR operations.

In addition to your local responsibilities, you will support Group‑wide HR initiatives by helping align HR policies, processes and systems across our international entities. This includes coordinating projects such as HRIS alignment, policy development and the implementation of shared people practices while working closely with international stakeholders and external partners.

This is a broad and autonomous leadership role suited to an HR professional who enjoys combining operational excellence with business partnering, continuous improvement and strategic HR projects. The role is responsible for leading the HR function for the Swiss entities and managing one direct report.

  • Maintain and continuously improve the HRIS and related HR systems.

  • Review, develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure they remain compliant, practical and aligned with business needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, including time & attendance, leave management, performance management and other employee lifecycle processes.

  • Lead HR process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives.
