Nidecker Group in Switzerland is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for our Swiss entities, Nidecker SA and Equip Sport SA.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers on recruitment, performance, organizational design and HR operations, while aligning policies across international entities.

This broad leadership role requires strategic business partnering, process improvement and a hands-on approach to delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Swiss HR certification (HRSE) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience coordinating payroll with an external provider.
• Experience with HRIS implementation, optimisation or administration.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the HR function for the Swiss entities, Nidecker SA and Equip Sport SA.
• Provide guidance on the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, performance management and Swiss employment law.
• Partner with leadership to support organisational changes, workforce planning and key HR initiatives.
• Coach managers on HR best practices while balancing employee needs with business objectives.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits and HR administration with external providers.
