Zusammenfassung

UEFA in Nyon is seeking a National Associations Communications Intern to support the unit in delivering flagship projects including the UEFA Grow conference and the UEFA Strategic Communications Compact Course. The role focuses on logistics, meeting arrangements, guest experience and cost efficiency, with a solution-oriented mindset.

You will also produce content such as presentations and short posts for internal and external use, and help manage the national association communications community

Qualifikationen

Professional experience in an international environment, ideally in a marketing, communications, administrative or events role.
Strong MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

Coordinating logistical matters for the UEFA Grow conference with speakers and consultants.
Assisting the NA Communications Manager with the UEFA Strategic Communications Compact Course.
Coordinating with colleagues and national association counterparts on campaigns, content and stories.
Assisting with organizing work trips, workshops and meetings as required.
Overseeing digital communities and platforms used to engage with national association counterparts.
Creating content such as slides, presentations and posts for internal and external use.
Managing the national association communications community across platforms and ensuring content repositories are up to date.
