UEFA National Associations Communications is seeking a dedicated intern to support the delivery of flagship projects, including the UEFA Grow conference and the Strategic Communications Compact Course. You will assist with logistics, content generation, and community management across multiple platforms, while ensuring cost-effective, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or business administration.
• Professional experience in an international environment, ideally in marketing, communications, admin or events.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with content creation tools.

Aufgaben

• Supporting the unit in the delivery of the 2027 UEFA Grow communications conference, coordinating logistical matters with speakers and consultants.
• Helping the NA Communications Manager to successfully implement the eighth edition of the UEFA Strategic Communications Compact Course.
• Coordinating with colleagues and national association counterparts on national associations campaigns, content and stories.
• Supporting the organisation of work trips, workshops and meetings as required.
• Overseeing digital communities and communication platforms used to engage with national association counterparts.
• Creating content such as slides, presentations and posts for internal and external use.
• Managing the national association communications community across different platforms and ensuring that the relevant content repositories are up to date.

Main goal

The National Association Communications Intern will support the National Associations Communications unit in the delivery of two of its flagship projects involving participants from national associations: the UEFA Grow communications conference and the UEFA Strategic Communications Compact Course. The intern will provide logistical support and make meeting arrangements, paying constant attention to the service offered, guest experience and cost effectiveness, with a resolutely solution-oriented attitude.

In addition, they will produce content (presentations, short posts, etc.) for internal and external use and help manage the national association communications community across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the unit in the delivery of the 2027 UEFA Grow communications conference, coordinating logistical matters with speakers and consultants

Requirements

Experience

• Professional experience in an international environment, ideally in a marketing, communications, administrative or events role

Education

• Bachelor's in communications, marketing or business administration is a strong asset

Languages

• English / Advanced
• Any other European language would be an asset

Other requirements

• Understanding of and interest in the football landscape
• Strong MS Office skills
