EOF is a global partnership that works with governments and partners to improve education and employment outcomes through outcomes-based financing. EOF communicates across education, employment, systems change and impact investing, and uses evidence and storytelling to explain its programmes, partnerships and results.
EOF produces videos, animations, podcasts, impact stories, photography and digital campaign assets for communications, advocacy, fundraising and thought leadership. Much of this work is managed in-house, but external production support is required when internal capacity is constrained or specialist expertise is needed.
EOF is therefore establishing a roster of trusted multimedia storytellers, producers and editors who can be engaged flexibly for individual assignments.
The consultant will provide creative and production support on a project-by-project basis, taking assignments from an agreed brief through to final delivery. Work may range from editing existing footage and materials to developing complete storytelling products from concept, script or storyboard to finished asset.
The arrangement will operate as a framework agreement or retainer for an initial period of 12 months, with possible extension subject to performance and organizational needs. Individual assignments, timelines and budgets will be agreed separately. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed.
Creative development and storytelling
- Translate complex education, employment, financing and social-impact topics into accessible narratives, creative concepts, scripts and storyboards.
- Develop stories that communicate EOF's mission, programmes, partnerships and impact accurately and engagingly for defined audiences and channels.
Multimedia production
- Produce and edit short- and long-form videos, social media video, motion graphics, animations, explainers, podcasts, interviews and documentary-style content as commissioned.
- Support photography selection and editing, written impact stories, human-interest features, event highlights and integrated multimedia packages where required.
- Create platform-appropriate campaign assets, content series and cut-down versions suitable for websites, social media, presentations, events and partner use.
Production management and delivery
- Work independently from an agreed brief, coordinate inputs and feedback, and deliver high-quality products within the agreed scope, schedule and budget.
- Provide final approved files together with relevant source files and production assets in agreed formats, with appropriate permissions and usage information.
Expected results
- EOF has access to specialist production capacity and receives accurate, audience-focused multimedia products ready for publication or use.
- Each assignment is completed to the agreed creative brief, technical specifications, deadline and budget
