Lonza in Visp, Switzerland is offering a 12‑month internship to support Process Experts in large‑scale mammalian upstream and downstream manufacturing. This fully site‑based role emphasizes hands‑on collaboration and precise documentation to ensure high quality and regulatory standards.

You will assist with technology transfer, data collection, and preparing process documentation while working closely with Manufacturing, MSAT, QA, and Process Development teams.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related field.
• Interest in biopharma manufacturing and process science.
• Good English communication; German a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Assist technology transfer by preparing process documentation and tracking data.
• Support data collection and analysis for manufacturing batches, deviations, and process performance trends.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and process descriptions for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in process risk assessments, change controls, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, QA, and Process Development teams.
• Maintain GMP documentation and data integrity for regulatory compliance.
• Attend team meetings and follow up on action items.
