Roche seeks an MSAT intern to bridge process engineering and digital transformation in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will contribute to routine product care while advancing a major project to migrate production records into the RAW2 system, enabling lean, compliant digital workflows.

You will work within a regulatory, GxP‑driven environment, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure robust documentation and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student or recently graduated (within 12 months).
• Strong interest in digital workflows and process improvement.
• Excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with partners.
• Great attention to GDP/GMP documentation and regulatory guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Assist with routine product care, investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate corrective actions in manufacturing and support operators as SME.
• Monitor production data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the digitalisation project by transferring records to RAW2 and ensuring regulatory compliance.
