Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master student in life sciences or a related field, or a recent graduate.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with GDP/GMP guidelines and regulated environments.
• Proficient in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Analyze production processes and data to drive process improvements.
• Develop Lean manufacturing ideas and implement under GxP conditions.
• Run production simulations to identify throughput bottlenecks and levers.
• Support pFMEA by preparing inputs and documenting outcomes.
• Create and maintain GxP-compliant documents and change controls.
• Capture and share knowledge in Wiki/documentation.
