Lonza Group Ltd. in Visp, Switzerland, invites you to join as an intern supporting the Process Expert team in Downstream, gaining hands-on exposure to biopharmaceutical manufacturing and technology transfer.

This fully site-based role emphasizes collaboration across Manufacturing, MSAT, QA, and Process Development. You will assist with documentation, data tracking, risk assessments, and data integrity to support regulatory compliance during 12 months.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Eng, Chemical Eng, Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong curiosity about biopharma manufacturing and process science (USP or DSP).
• Basic understanding of bioprocessing and GMP is an advantage.
• Strong communication in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist technology transfer activities by preparing process documentation, tracking data, and coordinating input.
• Support data collection and analysis for manufacturing batches, deviations, and performance trends.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and process descriptions for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in process risk assessments, change controls, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, QA, and Process Development teams on daily operations.
• Maintain GMP documentation practices and data integrity for regulatory compliance.
• Attend team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
