Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a recruitment professional for a temporary 12-month role based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. You will partner with hiring managers to define strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, screen for fit, and ensure compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has several years in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter),experience with ATS and SAP-based tools, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
• At least 5 years managing end-to-end recruitment across functions/levels.
• Strong active sourcing skills; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (preferably SAP-based).
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, confidential mindset.
• Data-driven decision-making and high organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Work with hiring managers to define recruitment strategy per role.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, offers.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct search.
• Screen candidates and interview for skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Provide positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
