Qualifikationen

• Support for problem-solving, root cause analysis and corrective measures (PDCA)
• Analysis of quality data and preparation of reports on supplier performance
• Close communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to prevent defects

Your profile

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Successful completion of auditor training would be an advantage
• Substantial professional experience as a quality specialist in the field of supplier quality
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools, particularly Power BI
• Strong assertiveness and a highly solution-oriented approach
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to network effectively
• Confident manner when dealing with external partners and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 40-50 per cent of the time to work on-site at suppliers' premises is required
• Fluent in English and German
