Audi Revolut F1 Team is hiring a recruitment professional to drive end-to-end talent acquisition from intake to offer for multiple roles. You will partner with hiring managers to tailor strategies, source candidates through LinkedIn, postings, referrals and direct search, conduct screenings and interviews, and ensure a smooth, compliant candidate experience.

The role is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, for an initial 6-month period with possible extension.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running end-to-end recruitment campaigns across functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities with multiple channels.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and process improvement mindset.

• Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies per role.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
• Monitor metrics and identify improvements in hiring efficiency.
