Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a recruitment professional for a temporary 12-month role based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. You will partner with hiring managers to define strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, screen for fit, and ensure compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has several years in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter),experience with ATS and SAP-based tools, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
• At least 5 years managing end-to-end recruitment across functions/levels.
• Strong active sourcing skills; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (preferably SAP-based).
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, confidential mindset.
• Data-driven decision-making and high organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners. This is a temporary role for a duration of 12 months with possible extension; start date: ASAP

Your mission

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and decide on the best recruitment strategy tailored to each role
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation
• Proactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search
• Conducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency

Your profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of operational, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels
• Strong active sourcing skills and experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Good experience with different applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools (preferrably SAP based)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a high level of integrity
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Motivated team player with high levels of professionalism, quality and confidentiality
• Fluency in English and German
