Vous serez responsable de la stabilité et de la sécurité des outils de surveillance, tout en collaborant avec diverses équipes. Ce poste requiert une expertise en gestion d'application et une expérience significative en développement IT, dans un environnement fluide et collaboratif.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en IT, avec des rôles de développeur et ingénieur APM.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais, l'allemand ou le français sont un plus.
• Expérience préalable en ingénierie de surveillance est un avantage.

Aufgaben

• Support du développement et de l'implémentation d'une plateforme de surveillance.
• Déployer, configurer et automatiser de nouveaux outils de surveillance.
• Participer à la mise en place d'un cadre de surveillance continue.

Your mission:

• The Monitoring Engineer will support the development and implementation of an End-to-End Monitoring Platform Initiative. This role involves ensuring the stability and security of current monitoring tools and services, focusing on application monitoring and log analytics.
• Deploy, configure, and automate new monitoring tools in line with the end-to-end monitoring concept.
• Develop new functionalities within the monitoring solution to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in setting up a continuous monitoring framework, including processes and tools.
• Interface with stakeholders, including end users and business owners, to ensure their requirements are met.
• Collaborate with various teams, including first-level support and application development teams.
• Support the monitoring team in running current tools, stabilizing the platform, fixing bugs, and onboarding users.

Your profile:

• Proficient in technologies such as Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, ElasticSearch, and other APM solutions.
• Knowledgeable in programming libraries and frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Go.js.
• Experience with the installation and configuration of market tools, API development, dashboard creation, and alerting schema deployment.
• Previous experience as a monitor/APM engineer is advantageous.
• Successful development and delivery of the End-to-End SMS platform.
• Ensuring the stability and effective operation of current monitoring tools.
• Other relevant skills/experience:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including roles as a developer and APM engineer.
• Fluent written & spoken English is required. German or French are also an advantage.
