FORFIRM is seeking a Modern Workplace & End User Support Specialist to deliver technical end-user support and manage Microsoft 365 workplace technologies. You will handle Windows environments, Entra ID, Intune, and device management while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams for a secure, productive digital workplace.

The role emphasizes post-implementation support, ITSM operations, and continual improvement of end-user productivity with strong collaboration across IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in Service Desk, End User Computing, Modern Workplace, or Microsoft 365 support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management and application deployment.
• Knowledge of device enrollment technologies (Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles).
• Experience using ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, identity services, networking, and endpoint management.
• Understanding of security best practices, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
• Fluent Italian, Good English.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical end-user support onsite, remotely, and via phone.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and service operations through the ITSM platform.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online).
• Manage user identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Configure and manage corporate devices through Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Support device lifecycle activities: onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and Windows 11 migrations.
• Conduct hardware/software compatibility assessments and support OS deployment projects.
• Monitor endpoint compliance, patch management, and security standardization efforts.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to authentication and Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Provide recommendations to improve end-user productivity and device management.
