INDEAVR is seeking a Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer to administer and improve Microsoft 365 services, ensuring reliable operations and excellent user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will manage users, licenses and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and participate in major incident resolutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficient with Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Experience with M365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center.
• Understanding of licensing, identity management, Conditional Access, MFA and RBAC.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.

Aufgaben

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests and user issues across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Manage users, groups, mailboxes, licenses and permissions within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Perform platform administration, configuration changes and operational maintenance activities.
• Support Teams collaboration, Exchange mail flow, SharePoint sites and OneDrive storage.
• Work with ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, changes and problem records.
• Collaborate with offshore and international teams to support global Microsoft 365 operations.
• Participate in major incident resolution and technical escalations.
• Identify opportunities for automation using PowerShell, Graph, Power Automate or other MS technologies.
• Contribute to operational documentation and SOPs, ensuring security and governance best practices.
