Job summary

Keyrock is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer and MLRO for its Switzerland and Liechtenstein entities. You will join a dynamic Group Compliance team, focusing on implementing policies, carrying out risk assessments, and establishing robust second-line controls across the region.

The role requires strong AML/CTF, MiCAR, and data privacy knowledge, with the ability to work across Trading Operations, Finance, Risk, IT & Security and other departments. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Compliance officer (2nd line of defense) in a regulated financial institution in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein.
• Exposure to MLRO responsibilities or similar.
• Experience engaging with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulators.
• Strong knowledge of MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse and data privacy.
• A formal qualification such as ACAMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance in CH and LI.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop annual compliance plans.
• Oversee second-line controls and conduct tests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to embed compliance into business processes.
• Act as MLRO for AML/CTF and interface with authorities where needed.
• Maintain up-to-date training and policies; perform periodic audits.
