Kanadevia Inova is hiring a role focused on industrialising AI/ML solutions, turning prototypes into scalable production systems in a Swiss context. You will design and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver robust AI capabilities.

You will ensure model reliability, security and governance across the lifecycle, monitor performance, and mentor junior colleagues while leveraging Azure, Docker, and cloud-native tools.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in CS or STEM with strong CS focus and agile experience.
• Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Solid MLOps knowledge: deployment, versioning, monitoring, lifecycle.
• Experience with Azure, Docker, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.

Aufgaben

• Industrialise and operate AI/ML solutions from prototypes to production.
• Design and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training to retraining.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, PMs and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Ensure reliability, security, data integrity, governance across ML lifecycle.
• Monitor model performance and mentor junior colleagues.
